What we did

After extensive fire damage and demolition of the previous building on site, we undertook the reconstruction of a steel portal framed industrial unit. Retaining the existing foundations and concrete ground floor slab, works included the construction of a portal framed unit with half masonry walls and composite wall and roof panels including GRP roof lights.

New external personnel doors were installed along with a new Armour guard roller shutter door to the front of the industrial unit. The new warehouse was then fitted with new electrical and mechanical services. Including, new lighting, power distribution, switch gear, ventilation and plumbing.

The following site was registered as part of the considerate constructor’s scheme and the project was designed in order to optimise BREEAM ratings and achieve client carbon commitments.
