Our residential work is extremely broad based, encompassing large scale Local Authority refurbishments, new build projects, as well as work on highly sensitive developments such as listed buildings and sites within conservation areas.
Our approach is always one of thoroughness and high quality. Increasingly we are embracing new technologies addressing environmental concerns such as heat exchangers, solar panels and environmental rainwater flushing tanks.
Our new-build work has been varied from one-off luxury houses through to listed town houses. This type of work requiring a high-quality finished development is something we find particularly rewarding. Organisation and communication are key – disciplines we implement throughout all our work. We have also undertaken works for private clients with confidentially agreements in place to protect their privacy.
