What we did

The project involved complete refurbishment & alterations of the existing boys and girls changing facilities, and PE staff office areas. The works involved the complete strip out of all existing suspended ceilings, ceramic wall tiles, and floor finishes, along with demolition of the existing shower areas to enable reconfiguration of the existing layout. Both electrical and mechanical modificiations were undeertaken with the rerouting of existing pipework in order to achieve this. New shower room areas were created consisting of solid grade laminate shower cubicle systems, new sanitarywear, and shower benching. Additionally, all walls throughout recieved new uPVC Whiteroc wall cladding.

The existing WC facilities recieved a set of new full height solid grade laminate cubicle systems, including new vanity units, all sanitarywear, and new wall tiling. In the changing room areas, timber repairs were undertaken following the stripout,  ready for the installation of new benching. The Staff room received new bespoke storage cabinets and worktops, whilst the staff WC’s also recieved new wall tiling and sanitary replacement. Throughout all areas, new suspended ceiling tiles, internal doors, LED light panels, emergency lighting, and fire alarms were installed, along with all new anti-slip vinyl floor finishes, and final decoration throughout.

As all works were undertaken during term time,  we had to use our expertise and experience to work sensitively around the day to day running of the school to succesfully deliver the project to our high standards.
