Our residential work is extremely broad based, encompassing new build projects, as well as work on highly sensitive projects such as listed buildings and sites within conservation areas. Our approach is always one of thoroughness and high quality. Increasingly we are embracing new technologies addressing environmental concerns such as heat exchangers, solar panels and environmental rainwater flushing tanks.

Our new-build work has been very varied from one-off luxury houses through to mews town houses in central London. This type of work requiring a high quality finished development is something we find particularly rewarding. Organisation and communication are key – disciplines we exercise throughout all our work.

Projects have included a particularly exacting barn conversion as well as removing a hipped roof from a 1930s house to replace it with a gable and form two generous flats from the shell left.
