What we did

Works involved the construction of a structural steel portal framed unit upon a new ground floor slab, half masonry brickwork walls, composite wall and roof panels, aluminium window and door sets and an armour guard roller shutter to the front of the unit. Internally we created a structural power floated concrete slab to the workshop area.

The internal fit out included forming both ground floor and first floor office areas including new WC facilities. Installations consisted of new suspended ceilings, partition walls, timber staircase, laminate doors with suited ironmongery, floor coverings, fire protection to non-enclosed steelwork and decoration works.

The warehouse unit was fitted with new electrical and mechanical services including new LED lighting, power distribution, fire detection, emergency lighting, switch gear, ventilation, plumbing and new sanitaryware.

External landscaping was carried out to form a new carparking area including accessible bay, smoking area, cycle shelter, disabled access ramps and an HGV loading and unloading bay.
