What we did
The project involved the careful demolition of the existing three-bedroom property followed by enabling works and re-grading the landscape ready for the construction of a new build.
Once complete the construction of this new traditional family home included all associated landscaping works. The design incorporated high specification finishes including the installation of an oak galleried staircase, tailormade swimming pool with wet room changing facilities, WC’s and an open plan ground floor living space with panoramic views over the rear of the garden from balcony areas.
5 bedrooms on the first-floor level were constructed including 4 en-suite bathrooms, a family bathroom and study areas. The property was heated with an underfloor system served by three-phase ground source heat pump. A rain water harvest system was also incorporated within the build.
Externally, new hard and soft landscaping works were undertaken together with the installation of a twin garage facility.
