What we did

The works included the complete strip out of all existing WC facilities, changing room benching, digital lockers, shower facilities and raised concrete plinths. Both electrical and mechanical modifications were undertaken together with adjustments to the existing drainage runs.

Existing surfaces received re-plastering works and all pipework was encased ready for the installation of new hygienic UPVC wall cladding (full height in shower areas and half height in changing areas) together with anti-slip vinyl floor coverings.

Further installations included a new moisture resistant suspended ceiling incorporating LED skylights, electric hand dryers and power outlets, bespoke solid grade laminate cubicle system with digital lockers, changing room benching, laminate doors complete with suited ironmongery, vanity mirrors and new decorations finishes. New hot and cold-water supplies were installed together with new sanitaryware throughout the changing rooms.

Works were undertaken whilst the centre was still operational and maintenance works being carried out to the existing swimming pool with completion at the same time as the pool reopening. Using our experience and expertise we worked successfully to deliver this project to our high standards.
