A complete strip out of the existing library was conducted with the demolition of internal stud partitions and both electrical and mechanical services ready for alteration works to take place.

Works included new window sections cut into the existing brickwork elevations, new aluminium windows, acoustic medal stud partitioning, suspended ceilings, pre-finished laminate doors and bespoke ironmongery, new kitchenette and purpose made joinery beech entrance frames. New floor coverings were installed together with new decoration finishes.

Electrical and mechanical works included new LED lighting, fire detection, small power, data, heating alterations and new heating ventilation.  Using our expertise and experience we ensured the project was successfully completed on time and to budget as per the clients specification.
